My purpose is simply to help people explore what it means when they start to work with Jesus as their coach. What happens when they let Him challenge in a deeper, more radical discipleship dynamic? My work here is all around helping people see and experience this. 
The vision I have for those who engage with Jesus as their Good Shepherd Coach is that they will see Jesus as their Good Shepherd Coach and experience the dynamic freedom from this extraordinary way of becoming mature in Him. 
Through webinars, workshops and discussion groups, I help people explore what how this might work, what is involved and why this is a great way to get deeper in their relationship and maturity with Jesus. 
Author of 'The Good Shepherd Coach' examines not just the place of Jesus' questions and how those questions still coach us today but also what this impact has had on disciples from Jesus' time to the present day.
